About the role
You will shape how customers plan simulations, understand results, manage employees, and deliver awareness training. The work spans discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and detailed interface decisions.
We are looking for a designer who can simplify complex operational workflows without hiding the information security teams need.
What you will do
- Translate customer and product problems into flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces.
- Prototype and validate interaction ideas before engineering investment.
- Work with engineers to carry design intent through implementation.
- Improve reusable patterns while maintaining visual and interaction consistency.
- Use feedback and product evidence to refine released experiences.
What we are looking for
- A portfolio showing product thinking, interaction design, and finished interface work.
- Experience designing responsive web applications and complex workflows.
- Strong information hierarchy, typography, spacing, and component-system skills.
- Ability to explain design reasoning and collaborate closely with engineers.
Good to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS, analytics, administration tools, or cybersecurity products.
- Working knowledge of accessibility and frontend implementation constraints.
